For more than a century, New York City has been one of the world's leading business, financial and cultural centers and its influence in politics, education, entertainment, sports, media, fashion and the arts all contribute to its status as one of the major global cities. New York City is a global hub of international business and commerce and is one of three "command centers" for the world economy.
However, it all came crashing down. Business left in a hurry once something called Drug Wars came about. Men from all walks of life began investing in wonder drugs; any kind of drug for that matter. Almost in a haze of death and confusion, New York City was ripped of its once glamorous nature.
Families moved out of the cities while corrupt business men and women began filing in. Sex, drugs and guns became the three most important factors of New York City. Men and women became addicts over night; police were no longer just and noble. They often took bribes to silence the only good cops left in the city. Everything was different.
